YOODDSTORE accepts refund requests only and we do not accept exchange requests. If you wish to exchange your order, please make a refund and place a new order.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed and any gifted items must be returned.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any YOODDSTORE hangtags, attached.
Any merchandise marked “[SALE]” cannot be returned. All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Return request on sale items will not be accepted.
Any merchandise with discount price cannot be returned.
All accessories, jewelry, hats, underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
While returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, refund will be made excluding shipping fee. NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
How do I return an item?
Just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below. NOTE: We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or wrong items must be claimed within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
